Mukti Cox's Bazar provides foundation and refresher training based on training need assessment to build capacity of the staff members for social mobilization, health care, water and sanitation, protection, livelihood, education, economic empowerment through IGA and so on. It maintains two categories of staffs namely permanent and project. Now Mukti CoxB has 3125 staff members where 77% is female.
Mukti Cox's Bazar is a renowned Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Bangladesh. It's started its journey in Cox's Bazar district in January 1996 as a non-government organization with the volunteer support from some professionals, philanthropist and social change makers.
